Alkane is a gold exploration and production company. We own and operate Tomingley Gold Operations, an open pit and underground gold mine, 50km southwest of Dubbo.

Alkane is headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. Our projects and operations are in the Central West region of New South Wales.

Alkane’s Board comprises five directors and two joint company secretaries with skills and experience across technical, operational, finance, broking and general business.

Our experienced management team work across our Perth, Tomingley, Dubbo and Orange locations.

Our corporate governance framework is based on the principles and recommendations of the ASX Corporate Governance Council, with key features in our annual Corporate Governance Statement.
